Personal Site Supervision
"I’ve never been an 'office builder.' At Aviva Projects, my desk isn’t behind a computer screen, it’s on the slab, among the frames, and inside the details of your home.
I believe that a quality build can’t be managed from a distance. That’s why I’m on-site every single day, personally supervising the trades and checking the tolerances myself. Being hands-on allows me to catch the small things before they ever become big things. For me, site supervision isn't a chore; it’s where the real work happens, ensuring your home is built with the resilience and care it deserves." Ben Jowett
We don’t just build houses; we build long-term resilience. By treating every project as if it were for his own family, Ben ensures that every joint, every level, and every finish is executed to stand the test of time. To us, quality isn’t a luxury, it’s a responsibility to the families who will call these spaces home.
